And so it Begins

After a long break from getting and staying healthy, I am back with an additional 15 pounds on my fat ass and my fitness level is at zero.

So, here we go again. As with every other attempt, I say "this time is the real deal" I will stop being unhealthy. With that said, I am focusing on whole, real foods and a gradual return to running in my quest to lose 60 pounds by summer. Wish me luck!

BREAKFAST - total calories 300

1 cup cooked steel cut oats - 150
1 TBS honey - 60
1/2 ounce walnuts -90

LUNCH - total calories 350

String Cheese - 80
Prunes - 100
Mixed Nuts - 170

SNACK - 450

Plain yogurt
Banana
1 Cup milk with 2TBS ovaltine
1 Piece of chocolate

DINNER - 600

Mini 'healthy' meatloaf
Mashed sweet potatoes

TOTAL CALORIES - 1700
EXERCISE - 30 Minutes walking on treadmill

POUNDS LEFT TO LOSE - 60
